Chiefs star caught between a rock and a hard place
A source has claimed that Ekstein may have gone and signed a pre-contract elsewhere when they could not agree on terms with Chiefs.

While Kaizer Chiefs coach, Ernst Middendorp has made it clear he wants Pule Ekstein to stay on at Amakhosi, sources have revealed that the player might be caught between a rock and a hard place.
A source has claimed that Ekstein may have gone and signed a pre-contract elsewhere when they could not agree on terms with Chiefs.

Phakaaathi reported earlier this week that Chiefs and Ekstein were set for further talks.
“I think he has signed a pre-contract with another team which happens to be Orlando Pirates. But he now can see that his coach is serious about needing him and is not sure what to do which is why he is now dragging his feet regarding everything,” said a source.
