City star goes partying after Pirates win

Ayanda Patosi was spotted out on the town in Cape Town last Wednesday after he had scored the winner in Cape Town City's 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup last-16.

Patosi is known to like a party, but this time it was entirely justified as his fine strike sent Benni McCarthy’s side into the next round.

The 25 year-old did not feature at the weekend, however, as City were dumped out of the Caf Confederation Cup by Mozambican outfit Costa do Sol.

Meanwhile, as reported earlier, Patosi is said to be unhappy at City and wants out of the club.

According to a source close to the player, Patosi did not take kindly to coach Benni McCarthy lashing out at him after the Nedbank Cup win against Bidvest Wits.

Patosi was taken off after just 35 minutes, with McCarthy bringing on young Craig Martins in his place, as City went on to win the game 1-0.

He looked upset and was seen exchanging words with McCarthy on the sidelines.
