Pirates push for Makaringe’s early release
Orlando Pirates are said to be negotiating with Maritzburg United to have midfielder Fortune Makaringe join them now, rather than wait for June.

The Buccaneers have reportedly already signed Makaringe on a pre-contract.
But a January move could prove difficult as the Team of Choice are fighting relegation and would not want to part with their experienced and trusted player.
“Pirates could offer them some players on loan to ease the situation but talks are on going. They should have an agreement soon enough,” said a source.
