Ntshumayelo set to start against Sundowns?

Former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United midfielder Thandani Ntshumayelo is set to make his long-awaited debut for Baroka when they take on Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.

Ntshumayelo joined Bakgaga last month after serving his ban for cocaine usage which he received in 2016.

According to a source, Ntshumayelo has been working hard at training and looks ready to be back on the pitch.

“Bibo’s focus has really helped him, he has been working extra hard in order to make sure that he gets back on the field. He has impressed everyone at the club, especially the technical team and he might find himself in the starting for the next game,” said source at the club.

Another source close to the player revealed that the midfielder is confident on making his return and he has been feeling ready to play for a while now.

“He knows that everyone is waiting to see him back in action and see if he still has the same qualities. But truth is, he is still the same player and most probably grown right now. He is itching for game time and he will certainly blow everybody away once he gets back on the field,” said the source.

Baroka are 14th on the Absa Premiership League table after 25 games. The Limpopo based are just four points away from the relegation and will be eager to get positive result against Masandawana.
