SuperSport plan to sink Chiefs at home

SuperSport United winger Aubrey Modiba says his side will put Kaizer Chiefs to the sword in Wednesday night's league clash.

Chiefs will welcome Matsatsantsa to the FNB Stadium in the clubs’ second respective league matches.

Modiba says his team hopes to add on Amakhosi’s misery in their away match of the league.

United suffered 2-0 defeat in their opening match over the weekend to crosstown rivals Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Glamour Boys are under pressure once against this season to get results after collecting one point from a possible three again Bloemfontein Celtic.

“This time around we are going for three points and we know where to get it‚” Modiba told The Sowetan.

“I was speaking to Tefu Mashamaite on the bench when we played against Chiefs in Durban, and I told him that Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Tsepo Masilela are going forward too much and space behind them.

“We are looking to exploit that space behind him [Rama], and that’s how you get goals against Chiefs.

“Both fullbacks of Kaizer Chiefs are going high up, and we are looking to exploit that space through our transition.”
