Barcelona to bring full strength team to SA

Mamelodi Sundowns president Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez will be part of the Barcelona squad that will play Downs in a friendly next week.
The Brazilians are set to host the Spanish giants at FNB Stadium on Wednesday night.

Speaking at a press conference in Sandton on Thursday, Motsepe said part of the deal was that Barcelona would bring their superstars to South Africa.
Director of La Liga Africa, Antonio Barradas, also confirmed that Barcelona’s “top players” would compete against Sundowns.
Barradas also mentioned Messi by name.
Meanwhile, tickets for this much-publicised encounter are said to be selling fast, and could be sold out by the weekend.
