Van der Dussen back for third T20 against Pakistan

By Jacques van der Westhuyzen

Experienced South African top order batsman Rassie van der Dussen has overcome an injury that ruled him out of the first two T20 games against Pakistan to be included in the side for the third match in Centurion on Wednesday.

Van der Dussen was one of the star performers for the Proteas in the ODI series. He takes the place of Wihan Lubbe, who played in the top three in the order in the first two games.

There is, however, still no place in the side for Kyle Verreynne.

The rest of the Proteas team which won the second T20 game at the Wanderers in emphatic fashion on Monday has been picked to play again on Wednesday.

Pakistan won the toss and captain Babar Azam, fresh from hearing the news that he has become the top-ranked batsman in the world, decided his team would bowl first.

For Pakistan, batsman Fakhar Zaman returns after missing the second match in the four-game series.
