On Monday, 2 November Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) advised residents, customers, service providers and stakeholders to use new banking details for payment of municipal accounts and traffic fines.
Why a new account? Is it because the old account was stopped ? I smell a big rat. This is a new account that the ANC that’s in power can loot.
They owe a Chinese company a lot of money, so they change bank accounts to dodge the payments.
But if you under investigation such as Administration the creditors will bring a application in court to attach this new bank account aswell? What is the difference, service delivery you will never ever see again from this government , its only to make sure they get their salaries to go shop at Hyper, trollies and trollies full ….. go look for yourself, while the rest fall apart!

Is this indeed the truth as we paid into the apparently frozen account and it was accepted.
I do not support fraud and corruption, if the sherif has attached that account then surely if you do not pay your amount due to that specific account as per your statement (account number reflects on your statement) then you will be held responsible for the amount?
What about people who does not have social media (facebook) how do you communicate new banking details with them?
