VEREENIGING. – The River Square Shopping Centre in Three Rivers hosted a Coffee-With-A-Cop get-together on Tuesday 7 May to break down barriers between the police and the citizens that they serve.
In a casual atmosphere in the River Square parking lot, members of the community got to sit down with police officers and ask questions and share what was on their minds whilst enjoying a cup of coffee.
Present during the event were members of the Vereeniging Police, the Gauteng Crime Prevention Wardens, the Traffic Department, the Vereeniging Crime Patrollers Forum (CPF) and members of private security companies.
