MEYERTON – Horseback Riding is an outdoor activity that can be taken up by people of all ages.
According to a Meyerton-based equestrian trainer, Chanelle Louw, the sport is good for coordination, core strength, mental health, posture, stress-management, learning responsibility, focusing, building confidence and connecting with animals.
The Seyunique Equestrian Centre in Kookrus recently hosted an in-house competition on July 14 for horse riders of all levels.
