Truck driver sustains serious injuries after losing control
Percival Motloung from Pervical Emergency Medical Services pleaded with truck drivers to always adhere to the rules of the road.
A truck driver was seriously injured when he lost control of the truck he was driving.
According to Percival Motloung from Pervical Emergency Medical Services (PEMS) who attended the scene, the incident took place on the R547 next to the Kinross T-junction.
“On arrival, we learned that the truck lost control around 23:00. The driver had serious injuries and was transported by ER24 to Mediclinic Highveld. CJ Towing, ER24, Kriel SAPS, and PEMS were present at the scene,” Motloung mentioned.
On Thursday, March 21 Motloung pleaded with truck drivers to always adhere to the rules of the road and to take caution when it is raining as some parts of the road may have too much water.
