As we delve into the Christmas spirit of giving back, Emalahleni FM recently embarked on acts of goodwill and donated food parcels to underprivileged families in eMalahleni.

The station identified impoverished households in Kwa-Guqa Extensions, Klarinet, Ackerville, and Lynnville. On Wednesday, December 11, the station took to social media to share that the charitable initiative is part of Emalahleni FM’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme.

Marketing manager Tshepiso Tsima shared that over the past two months, the station’s management has been visiting and assessing the needs of less privileged families in the area. As a result, Emalahleni FM has adopted four families and will provide them with monthly groceries.

“The station’s management is now calling on community members to lend a helping hand. Donations of clothing and non-perishable goods are welcome and can be dropped off at the Emalahleni FM studios, located at 5546 Hectorway Drive in Lynnville, at the old municipal building or contact the station on 071 175 1528 to make donations,” Tshepiso ended.

The station shared that it has adopted four families and will provide them with monthly groceries.
