Ntsane empowers young men in Kwa-Thema
This is Ntsane Mashiloane passing the baton to young people in the tutoring industry.
Kwa-Thema – Institute for Mathematics launched a mentorship project to empower and produce leaders in the community.
Eight young men will be going through the empowerment programme.
The director of the organisation, Ntsane Mshialoane, said he felt the need to help produce more young leaders and not followers in the community.
“We are equipping them with communication skills, leadership and tutoring skills to ensure that by next year they are ready to open their own centres.
“I will help establish their centres and continue mentoring them until they are ready to take over,” he added.
This is Mashiloane passing the baton to young people in the tutoring industry.
