Kenton Primary learners win at reading competition

Two Grade Three learners from Kenton Primary School recently won first and third places in a spellathon and English reading competition.

In a display of talent and determination, Grade Three learners from Kenton Primary School excelled at the recent Spellathon and English Reading Competition held in the district.

Competing against numerous schools, learners from Kenton Primary secured first and third places in the prestigious event.

The competition showcased the linguistic skills of participants across various age groups.

Lukho Tapfumaneyi captured first place in English reading with fluency and expressed spelling prowess. His classmate, Tlhase Tsotetsi, was third in the spelling segment.

The school is proud of these learners and their teacher, Deth Birch for bringing the title home.
