It is Leg 2 of the Global Team Horse Racing (GTH) night series at Hollywoodbets Greyville this evening when the Gauteng Gijimaz take on the Cape Stingers. The Stingers have some decent rides, best of which looks to be Shane Humby’s Where’s The Party who is expected to go one better on her debut start when she finished runner-up to Totally Rocks. Apprentice Donald Geerthson, who rode her on debut, is back on board and will take 4kg off this filly’s back.

RACE 8 NO 1 SPLASH OF GREEN – EACHWAY

Trainer Weiho Marwing is taking this filly down to KZN and she looks ready to win again. Last year she was considered good enough to run in feature races including the Grade 1 Thekwini Stakes where she ran 4.75 lengths behind Rain In Holland.

She finished a close-up fourth behind Gilded Butterfly at Turffontein last time, her merit rating has dropped and she is nicely drawn at No 2. Great value at 8-1.
