The victim had accepted a lift from the trio.
She had been waiting for a taxi along Hospital Road at around 5.35am, when the robbers stopped and offered to drive her to the CBD.
Shortly after climbing into the car, the victim was threatened with a gun and instructed to hand over all her belongings.
The victim was then told to get out of the vehicle.
Cash, a cellphone and personal documents were in the stolen bag.
The robbers were travelling in a white Toyota Camry.
Hijacking:
• Two hijackers held their victim captive for more than a day after robbing him of his vehicle.
The victim was hijacked of his white Ford Bantam bakkie at the corner of Lemmer and Springs roads, in Vulcania, at about 3.30pm, on Saturday.
A man armed with a gun threatened the victim while he was stationary at the traffic lights.
The victim was told to open the door, which he did, and two men got into the vehicle.
The pair blindfolded the victim and drove him to an unknown location, where they locked him in a room.
He was robbed of his bankcard, cellphone and wristwatch, and asked whether his bakkie had a tracking device.
The men also asked the victim whether someone would pay money for his safe return.
He was released unharmed yesterday and was found near Booysens, in Johannesburg.
His company laptop was also stolen.

The victim pulled over on the side of the road at about 11.30am to answer a phone call.
He noticed a white Volkswagen Golf with three occupants pull up next to him.
Two of the occupants got out of the Golf and approached the driver.
One of the men then pointed a gun at him and pulled him from the car.
