All those interested in venturing into the buy-to-let arena should take note of Park Village Auction's (PVA) upcoming property auction.

The event will bring to market four properties stemming from the liquidation of a single insolvent estate.

This property will be auctioned on site at 11am.

The third and last property to be auctioned is number 19 Greystone located on Collin Paul Street in Kempton Park. The upper level comprises a landing area, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Tenants also have the use of a carport. While PVA’s Jaco Du Toit expects the Melville property to fetch a “fantastic” price as a stand-alone property, he anticipates the remaining three will probably be snapped up by investors.
