Complex with buy-to-let potential

An attractive face-brick complex in Alberton is being brought to market by Park Village Auctions (PVA) in September.

Named Azaleahof, the complex is located at 6 Kalkoentjie Road and comprises six units, each of which features a lounge, dining room, guest cloakroom, kitchen, three bedrooms (main en suite) a family bathroom, a single garage and enclosed courtyard. Units 1, 2 and 5 measure 166m²; units 3 and 4 measure 167m² and unit 6 measures 151 m². According to PVA’s Jaco du Toit, the complex has been very well maintained and the units are spacious, appealing and family-friendly.

“Azaleahof presents a fantastic opportunity for buy-to-let investors seeking to diversify their portfolios and secure a low-maintenance, going residential concern.

“Alternatively, the units can be bought separately by standalone buyers. Whatever the case, we believe the units will move fast given the fact that demand for quality residential properties in many nodes is currently high.”

Azaleahof will be auctioned on site on September 12 at 11am.
