Serenity, elegance, freedom and solitude define the ambience of Mogale Country Lodge, with its 43 guest rooms and pristine facilities.
The lodge, which is situated on 8.5 hectares of prime land and borders the Krugersdorp Nature Reserve, will be auctioned on August 14 at 11am. The property has improvements of more than 4 400m2 with expansive views of hills and mountains in the distance.
The luxuriously appointed game lodge rooms are tastefully decorated to provide guests with five-star relaxation. The rooms are located alongside the ridge and overlook the reserve and adjacent plains. From each room, large sliding doors bring the outdoors closer and flow out on to a private sundeck.
The lodge also has a spacious reception building with offices and its own boardroom, spa facilities, beautiful pool area with lapa, restaurant with verandah and adequately equipped kitchen as well as a ladies’ bar and lounge area. The wedding and conference centre offer facilities for up to 200 delegates.
There is a fully equipped modern auditorium, boardroom facilities, meeting rooms and a lavish outdoor lapa. The garden and romantic chapel are ideal for weddings and the auditorium as well as the outdoors can be used for ceremonies. There are a number of recreational facilities for team building and family activities. Other features on the premises also include a maintenance storeroom, laundry, borehole and three phase electricity.
The lodge is situated on the outskirts of Krugersdorp, and is a mere 30-minute drive from Lanseria Airport. The lodge also has direct access to the Krugersdorp Nature Reserve.
