AKA wants to be involved in DJ Zinhle’s second baby’s life
Zinhle said she thought AKA would be the difficult one in their co-parenting situation and Bongani the easy one.

Baby daddy drama has started to stir in the Jiyane household and musicians Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Bongani “Murdah Bongz” Mohosana seem to have reached a minor impasse involving their children.
When Zinhle’s reality TV show premiered, it was revealed that the DJ was pregnant with her boyfriend Bongani’s baby.
In the latest episode of DJ Zinhle: The Unexpected, the South African DJ and mother of two had a discussion with her ex-boyfriend AKA – with whom she shares six-year-old daughter Kairo Forbes – about her new-born daughter, Asante, who was not yet born at the time of filming.
The aim of the discussion was for the two to figure out a way forward with their co-parenting, seeing as though Zinhle would soon be having another baby with her current boyfriend. And AKA expressed that he wished that the new baby would be a son.
“He said ‘I need to know the detail’, so I said ‘okay it is a girl’,” said the DJ.

The conversation then shifted to the rapper saying he has every right to be a part of Asante’s life, because Murdah Bongz has had a relationship with Kairo since Zinhle started dating him.
“Well obviously Bongani has a relationship with Kairo. So you guys can’t ask me not to have a relationship with this one,” said Forbes.
However, AKA’s request was not taken well by Asante’s father, and Zinhle said things would have to be taken slowly so that Murdah Bongz could adjust and get used to the idea.
“Bongani is baby steps because I won’t lie… I thought Bongani is going to be the easy one about this whole thing and I thought Kiernan would be difficult but actually it is the other way around,” said Zinhle.
