RiRi immersed in Africa
Rihanna fever has swept South Africa, with glammed-up lookalikes in abundance, but RiRi seems to have, in turn, caught Africa fever, if her backstage demands are anything to go by.

Tasked with the tough job of adhering to the pop sensation’s requirements whilst in the country, Big Concerts will quite possibly have visited many stores aimed at tourists to find the things she’s asked for.
SA website Wonted managed to get their hands on Rihanna’s list of demands, which includes:
1 – 6ft comfortable couch – White, Cloth, Plush (No leather) (wide enough for her to stretch out on and sometimes take a nap)
6-8 Throw Pillows for Couches – Animal Print (Cheetah, Leopard)(NO sequins)
1 Large throw rug – plush and animal print (Cheetah, Leopard) … must be CLEAN, as she will walk on it barefoot.
Pipe and Drape the room in Dark Blue or Black Drapes with Icy Blue Chiffon draped nicely on top/over.
4 Small, clear, square vases with White Tulips, if in season – No Foliage (2nd choice: White Casablanca Lilies no foliage, 3rd choice: White Freesia no foliage)
The list apparently also includes “six Archipelago Black Forest Candles” and contains further instruction that reads: “…if you can’t get these, please let me know ASAP as we have a 2nd choice of candle for Ri.”
The pop star otherwise asked for the bathroom to be “spotless” and the toilet to be deep cleaned prior to her arrival.
As testament to her Africa fever, Rihanna visited a Joburg animal sanctuary where she bonded with a lion cub and a baby giraffe, and has also gone shark cage diving in the Western Cape.
