St Catherine’s School is very proud of Refiloe Mashao, for his outstanding swimming achievements.
Mashao recently participated in the Ebenezer Dam Mile, in Limpopo, where he completed the distance in 25 minutes and 35 seconds, and received a gold medal.
He also achieved second place in the u-14 boys category.
He went on to participate in the Pick n Pay Bosveld Mile, in Bela Bela, on March 23.
In this event he took part in both the mile, which he finished in 27minutes and 15 seconds, and the 800m swim, which he finished in 12 minutes and 30 seconds. Mashao placed third overall in the u-13 event.
