At the service park, several drivers mentioned that the “Oubaas 2” stage was quite challenging.

ERMELO – The Subaru Impreza driven by locals Johan Strauss and Luné Snyman is currently leading the Cartrack Ermelo National Rally in the Class A division.

Rally drivers are putting on quite the show for onlookers at different locations along the Amersfoort Road.

Speaking to Highvelder at the service park, drivers said the Oubaas 2 Stage was particularly difficult. Numerous cars bore battle scars.

Rinus Plomp and Hannes Pienaar are hot on the heels of Strauss and Snyman.

Carl van As and Devon Mellet are currently third, with Cobus Groenewald and Jayson Groenewald in fourth place overall and first in class.
