Sijabulile sets sight on Germany

The Grade 11 pupil, has been chosen as Hillcrest High School's SPAR Star of the Month.

HILLCREST High School’s Grade 11 pupil, Sijabulile Ntuli, has been chosen to visit Germany in the July school holidays next year.

Sijabulile has studied German as an extra language since Grade 9. She and four other German pupils from South Africa will spend several weeks in Munich, where they will have the opportunity to experience German culture and the language first-hand.

Candidates were chosen on the basis of a CV that included their achievements, pupil responsibilities and leadership qualities.

This diligent pupil has a passion for languages as she believes that a knowledge of various languages opens up many doors throughout the world.

“I think that German is a beautiful language and I cannot wait to visit the country next year,” she beamed.

Sijabulile plans to go into the field of medicine once she has matriculated at the end of 2015.

Hillcrest High School has chosen Sijabulile as its SPAR Star of the Month.
