This triple threat (singer, dancer and actor) from Curro Hillcrest high school has extensive experience in performance, from countless school plays and assemblies to Eisteddfods and more.
At such a young age, Keryn has continued to develop an impressive CV with countless productions behind her name. Keryn was recently selected as a cast member of the Curro Create National Kryptonite Concert series. Performers showcased in this production were also awarded Curro Create’s Curro Kryptonite badge, an honour that is reserved for the greatest creatives across all of Curro’s schools.
She also won both of the dramatics arts subject trophies; the A Kok Practical Trophy and H Postma Theoretical trophy, which only proves her determination to always give her utmost best.
The 18-year-old accepted an exciting offer to study at the renowned Waterfront Theatre School in Cape Town and peruse her dream of a career in musical theatre.
“We are extremely proud of Keryn for always holding her academics in the highest regard, even though she was always busy with late night rehearsals,” said the school’s marketing manager, Shana James.
