EDITOR – Today, my friend and I went to renew our drivers license at the Mariannhill depot.
My friend has multiple sclerosis and battled to get up the stairs, but she is a determined woman and made it. While we were filling in the forms a very friendly staff member, by the name of Nancy, approached us and helped us through the process.
We would just like to thank her, the cashier who also helped us so efficiently, and the other folk waiting that allowed us to go ahead without complaints, and helped us up and down the stairs with my friend’s walker.
Your friendly smiles and practical assistance were much appreciated.
