Book your tickets to see Dear Breeder at Seabrooke's Theatre on Thursday 28 August at 7pm.

DON’T miss the award-winning, musical comedy, Dear Breeder, show at the Seabrooke’s Theatre at Durban High School (DHS) on Thursday 28 August at 7pm.

Tickets for this charity show are R100 each and proceeds will go to the Robin Hood Foundation’s ‘Love the Babies’ project. They are also encouraging the audience to bring a box of crayons for the Uminathi Crèche in rural Mariannhill.

The Robin Hood Foundation implemented their 2014 ‘Buy-A-Brick’ campaign in order to enhance and expand this overcrowded crèche. The construction of the 64 square metre structure was completed on 5 August and now the pupils will be able to attend the pre-school in a safe and warm environment, which includes a hygienic ablution facility, kitchenette and store room facility.

The Robin Hood Foundation are looking for furniture, toiletries and school supplies for the 60 pupils.

Kim Griffith-Jones, the coordinator of the Robin Hood Foundation is urging patrons to please take a box to crayons to the Dear Breeder show on Thursday 28 August to gain a chance of winning an awesome lucky draw prize.

According to Keith Miller of artSmart the one-hour show is an absolute gem. “One couldn’t help but wonder if a few members of the audience weren’t going to cause any damage to themselves while laughing,” he said.

Dear Breeder will also be showing on Friday 29 August at 7.30pm, Saturday 30 August at 2.30pm and 7.30pm and then Sunday 31 August at 2.30pm. To book your ticket, please contact Karen Logan on 074 1021 371 or karen@amehlovideo.com. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt on payment.
