The ever-popular “Gee Jays” are presenting their smash hit show entitled “Bad Moon Rising” for the final time for three shows only on 29,30 and 31 August at Tina’s Hotel in Kloof.
Following a packed weekend, two weeks ago, and a huge demand, “Bad Moon Rising” is back again.
Join Gary McKenzie, Grant Bell and John Didlick as they celebrate and pay tribute to the music of Credence Clearwater Revival and all things redneck.
The show features all the hits from one of the super-groups of the ‘70’s. From “Have You Ever Seen The Rain, Hey Tonight” and “Heard it Through the Grapevine” to “Looking Out My Back Door”, “Jambalaya”, “Hello Mary Lou”, “The Midnight Special” and of course “Bad Moon Rising. ”
It also showcases other classic country songs like “Teach Your Children, Oh Lord It’s Hard To Be Humble”, “Thank God I’m A Country Boy” and “Take Me Home Country Road. ”
The show is presented in supper theatre format in the form of a limited a la carte menu, served from 7pm. The show starts at 8.30pm on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday, lunch (carvery lunch) is from 12.30pm with the show starting at 2pm.
