Tune into Rowan and Andy’s Music in the Shed
This will be an indoor, evening concert, with chairs set up theatre-style.
ROWAN Stuart kicks off Music In The Shed – a new type of show in the popular Music In The Meadow series in Hillcrest on Friday, 7 August at 7pm.
He will be joined by local multi-instrumentalist, Andy Turrell on bass guitar, while Rowan creates his own brand of alternative pop, fusing elements of pop, folk, blues and world music.
Rowan was recently endorsed by Cort SA Guitars and Basses, and has been performing all around South Africa with tours to the Western Cape, Gauteng, the Free State and KZN. He has also just signed a deal with a Hollywood-based management company, who will be working on introducing his music to an international audience.
Most recently, Rowan opened for some of South Africa’s biggest artists, including The Parlotones, Matthew Mole, Mango Groove, Freshlyground and Prime Circle.
Music In The Shed is located at Meadow Tea Garden, Fig Tree Farm (opposite Kurtlington Park), Inanda Road in Hillcrest.
