Oom Schalk returns to Durban
The Cape Town based actor comes to Durban for the second time after having a successful début season last year.

FOLLOWING a successful début season in Durban last year, Cape Town actor David Muller, aka the inimitable Oom Schalk Lourens, comes to KwaZulu-Natal for a short season of ‘Oom Schalk, From the Heart 2’.
This delicious entertainment bill started on Tuesday, 1 September and will end on Saturday 19 September at Durban’s intimate Seabrooke’s Theatre in Musgrave.
Perspicaciously directed by Celia Musikanth, David Muller continues with the classic tradition of story-telling where renowned South African actors, Percy Sieff and Patrick Mynhardt, left off. Muller inhabits the Schalk Lourens character in telling Herman Charles Bosman’s stories from the heart.
Tickets are available for R100 at www.webtickets.co.za.
