10 of the hottest beauty looks from the 2019 Grammys

By Agence France Presse

The 61st annual Grammy Awards rolled into Los Angeles on Sunday night, meaning one thing: a plethora of smoking hot red carpet beauty looks.

We take a look at some of the best.

Andra Day

Bangs? Check. Bouffant beehive? Check. Metallic eyeshadow and fluttering false lashes? Check. For the singer Andra Day, more is definitely more.

Ashanti

Singer Ashanti combed her choppy blonde hair back from her face, and accentuated her features with a smokey eye and some seriously bold brows.

Lady Gaga

Superstar Lady Gaga opted for a laid-back look, focusing on textured, wavy hair, a simple smokey eye and a slick of frosted pink lipstick.

Cardi B

Pink and purple hues formed the basis of rapper Cardi B’s playful makeup look, which was polished off with a slick of nude lip gloss.

Jennifer Lopez

J-Lo played it cool with a long, luscious ponytail that swept her lower back. A dab of blusher and bronzer kept her look glamorous.

Katy Perry

Sherbet pink eyeshadow was a red carpet winner for pop star Katy Perry, coupled with a coral-pink lipstick and a blonde quiff swept over to one side.

Tracee Ellis Ross

Actress Tracee Ellis Ross wore her long, braided hair over one shoulder in a bold style statement, teaming the look with a playful but elegant gold eyeshadow.

Janelle Monae

Singer-songwriter Janelle Monae went all out when it came to abstract accessories, so the star kept her makeup polished but low-key to balance out the look. Nude hues and a slick of eyeliner was all that was required to pull it off.

Alessia Cara

A classic, raspberry red lip was Alessia Cara’s beauty statement of choice, teamed with a lick of winged eyeliner and a side part.

Camila Cabello

Singer Camila Cabello was another star to opt for a glamorous ponytail and bangs, teaming the statement style with just a dab of blusher, some winged eyeliner and a glossy, nude lip.
