Elevate the elegant Italian dessert with a scoop of pistachio ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Pistachio ice cream
  • 20ml espresso

What You Need

  • Rock glass
  • 35ml Scotch whisky

Method

Combine: Place a scoop of pistachio ice cream into a glass.

Add Scotch: Pour the whisky over the ice cream.

Add Espresso: Slowly pour the hot espresso into the glass.

Garnish: Sprinkle with crumbled pistachio and serve immediately.
