When it rains, it pours for DJ Sbu
Entertainer and social entrepreneur, Sibusiso Leope, also known as DJ Sbu, may make his opinion heard in matters that don’t necessarily concern him, but when it comes to his personal life, the controversial radio personality keeps a tight lip.

Sunday World reported around rumours suggesting his fiancée Disebo Makatsa may call off the wedding, stating that the couple have been sleeping in separate beds for some time now, but asked to comment, Leope says, “I don’t talk about my personal life in the media, just my work.”
Quoting an unnamed source, Sunday World indicated that troubles in the couple’s tumultuous relationship were aggravated by the DJ’s recent dispute with SABC surrounding the unpermitted promotion of his Mo Faya energy drink at the Metro FM Awards.
Having told his fiancée back in 2013 to stay clear of the media and gossiping friends, it turns out that the unnamed source is in fact a close relative of Makatsa, her personal problems now made public knowledge.
It is still uncertain at this point whether Makatsa was aware of her relative’s conversation with members of the media, or whether or not she wanted the information to be disclosed.
The implication that the split may have on their daughter is yet to be determined.
