Young squash players develop their skills at clinic

The practice took place under the watchful eye of the official coach for Lowveld Squash, John Lingashi.

BARBERTON – Aspiring young squash players met at De Kaap Squash Club early on Saturday morning for a junior development clinic.

During this session, some of the kids were introduced to the sport, while current young players were assisted to improve their skills. The practice took place under the watchful eye of the official coach for Lowveld Squash, John Lingashi, who was assisted by a young squash champ of Barberton High School, Nothando Ntimane.

Similar sessions will take place from time to time. Coordinator of squash development, Patrick Ntimane urged all interested in this highly energetic sport to contact them on 013-766-6135 or 071-600-2368 to find out about similar development clinics. Should any business or individuals wish to assist with sponsorship, it would be greatly appreciated.
