Quaint new premises for local estate agency

Being the oldest non-franchise estate agency in Barberton, it has suitably bought and relocated to a building with its own history.

BARBERTON – Huizen Properties recently moved from the office it had occupied for the past five years in Crown Street, to charming new premises with spacious offices at 18 Pilgrims Street, on the corner of President Street.

Being the oldest non-franchise estate agency in Barberton, it has suitably bought and relocated to a building with its own history.

Originally called The Globe Tavern, this building has been around since the digger’s era when it was erected in 1887, and the whole atmosphere and look is still typical of that time.

Over the past few years, Huizen has expanded considerably. Its areas include Barberton and surrounds, Badplaas, Elekwatini and recently it has also entered the estate market of the Vaal Triangle, which comprises Sasolburg, Vanderbijl Park and Vereeniging. Approximately 60 kilometres south of Johannesburg, it includes a significantly large metropolitan area.

The seven estate agents who are currently employed by Huizen Properties are experienced and competent business people in both sales and rentals.

Principal Jaco Landsberg invites everyone interested in either selling, purchasing, renting of property, or to find out more about the market, to pay them a visit.
