Rotary donates R40 000 bursary

The Rotary Club of White River donated a substantial amount to Flamboyant School on Monday November 11 at Ingwenyama . The club contributed R40 000 per annum to the bursary fund of Flamboyant School. The school fulfills an extremely important role in the community by educating children who struggle to cope in a mainstream school environment. Parents of these children cannot always afford the fees in a school which needs to keep class sizes small in order to cater better for each individual child. Who knows what leading members of society have been, and will be, educated by Flamboyant School with the help of the Rotary Club of White River?
