Riverview Prep recently held their Academic prize giving

MALALANE – The grade sevens in particular were rewarded for their achievements in this field.  The senior trophies were awarded as follows:

•  The Chiyoka Trophy for Senior Reading : Antonie Roux.
• The Eagle Trophy for Environmental Awareness : Savanna Strauss.
• The Malelane Business Chambers Trophy for Entrepreneurship : Matthew Potgieter.
• The Riverview Staff Award for Cultural Participation : Shannon Rutherford.
• The Esselens and Engelbrecht Trophy for English Creative Writing : Sohel Patel.
• The Esselens and Engelbrecht Trophy for Afrikaans Creative Writing : Carla van Niekerk.
• Pythagoras Trophy for Innovative Thinking in Mathematics, Science and Technology : Antonie Roux and Sohel Patel.
• Debbie Palmer Trophy for Perseverance : Robyn Wright.
• Simon Lombaard Trophy for Leadership : Velisiwe Shongwe.
