No attempt to remove ANC flags

This photo taken on Tuesday shows the ANC’s yellow, black and green flags still gracing the entrance to the city on the N4, more than two months after the launch of its manifesto.

NELSPRUIT – Even though Lowvelder has reported numerous times on the by-laws that the ANC clearly does not adhere to, there still is no response or attempt to remove its flags that have overstayed their welcome.

These flags which were put up all over the city for the party’s election manifesto in January, were supposed to have been removed two weeks after the event. In the event of failure to do so by the party the flags should ave been removed by officials of Mbombela Local Municipality.
