Memorandum of Praktiseer handed to GTM Mayor

MEMORANDUM OF PRAKTISEER COMMUNITY DIRECTED TO GREATER TUBATSE MUNICIPALITY

We have noted with grave concern and great disappointment that your municipality is operating behind the veil of mist without considering the Constitution of this country, and other piece of legislations enacted for the smooth running of the municipality such as Municiapl systems act of 2000, Municipal Finance management act and moreover the considerations of structural act.

We have further noted your dragon mentality attitude, element of hooliganism, and negative attitude displayed by our officials who converted our municipality as their empowerment agency.

We need to be clarified on how did the municipal council continued with the meeting on the 31^st of May 2014 to approved IDP besides being interdicted through court by the praktiseer community and served properly through sheriff?

Does this institution aware that all resolutions taken on that particular date are null and void?

We need to be clarified of the following projects that were removed from the IDP which big question might be whether that was done through council resolution or it was a bedroom resolution by your officials.

1. Praktiseer sports complex
2. Internal street
3. Community hall
4. Library
5. Pension paypoints
6. Mass Light

We have further noted how you have appointed Security Company irregularly and further increases the price without the knowledge of the council.

We have further noted the irregularly appointment of one lunatic man as superintend of the traffic without proper procedure.

It is therefore our humble request and further submission that your purpoted legal advisor who was released on parole for fraud cases be expelled with immediate effect.

We further called upon your purported acting MM who demolished the stalls of our hawkers without council resolution be expelled with immediate effect.

We further called upon immediate resignation of Municiapl Speaker Queen Moeng who converted herself as the token of the purported acting Manager.

We further called upon the municipality to declare praktiseer as centre of development by injecting resources of urban renewal by engaging both NCOP and the province.

We further called upon our honourable Mayor Nkosi Josias Mahlake as the custodian of this institution to act immediately within 48 hours.
