Sheriff intent on loading TCM’s assets
A notice of attachment was issued to TCM for money owed to Sivuthimlili Trading amounting to R563 670, which includes the costs of the Sherriff and the attorneys.

LYDENBURG – The heat was on when two Sheriffs showed up at Thaba Chwue Municipality intent on loading the governing body’s assets for outstanding debt.
Since early Wednesday morning officials of TCM was seen scurrying about as the Sherriff pulled up in the driveway with a bakkie and trailer ready to load four tractors, three trucks, five bakkies, two trailers, 20 computers, 20 tables and 20 chairs.
A notice of attachment was issued to TCM for money owed to Sivuthimlili Trading amounting to R563 670, which includes the costs of the Sherriff and the attorneys.
