TCM deliberately cancel EFT payment
The newspaper was reliably informed of this misconduct and the Sheriff’s office confirmed that they have not received any payment.

LYDENBURG – With its computers, bakkies and furniture securely back, TCM took matters into their own hands and deliberately cancelled the Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Sheriff’s office.
On Wednesday last week three TCM employees bought nearly all the computers and two bakkies at the auction which were attached by the sheriff of the court, Mr Elias Mohlala, from TCM, for R350 000 on Wednesday.
Payment was made shortly afterwards from TCM’s bank account into the sheriff’s account, but the money never reached the account.
The newspaper will meet with the attorney who represents the clients to whom TCM still owe the money and will keep you updated as to what will happen next.
