LYDENBURG – The fact that TCM deliberately cancelled the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) when they purchased their own goods back on auction, led to the Sheriff again attaching two of its brand new Nissan bakkies on Tuesday morning – this time with immediate removal.
Sheriff, Mr Elias Mohlala, did not let the fact that this misconduct stand in his way and proceeded to lay claim on the vehicles the governing body purchased in December last year. Both were immediately removed. The removal of the bakkies comes after yet another judgement against TCM, this time for R208 000.
