Boy’s bread bag wins him a bike

MASHISHING – A local boy has won a mountain bike in the 2015 Sunbake Back to School competition. Fezile Mkhawani, a grade three learner of Lesodi Primary School, is among the pupils countywide who won a bike.
Sunbake Back to School is an annual competition in which learners and schools can win various prizes including 10 HP desktop computers, 150 mountain bikes and 950 backpacks.
Mkhawani collected a marked Sunbake Back to School promotional bread bag, completed the entry form on the bag and gave it to his teacher, who entered it for the competition.
Ms Stellinah Moraba, his teacher, encouraged him to participate. “I want my learners to be part of all the educational competitions,” she said. “I am so proud of him and I hope that he will be an example to others,” she added.
