Toddlers get to explore different vehicles

The pupils of Summerhill Preschool received a practical lesson on road transport and safety recently, when an assortment of vehicles was brought to the school.

In order to expose the pupils to the various functions of the different vehicles, several establishments were invited to visit the preschool and gave the pupils a chance to explore them.

Summerhill Prep would like to thank Idle and Wild Quad Trails who sent a quadbike, Hilton Ross for making an open safari vehicle available, the Hazyview Traffic Department for providing a traffic-control vehicle and Moponya Ambulance services for sending an ambulance.

The children all had an opportunity to ride the quadbike, go for a short safari, take a trip in a traffic vehicle while its sirens were blaring and explore the ambulance.
