Pupils of Accelerated Academy impressed judges with excellent performances during the recent eisteddfod.
The following learners obtained superb results for their undramatised poems: Jade Daniels received an A++ for Christmas Wish, Leoné Pietersen an A+ for That Dreadful Day and Daniël Steenkamp, a grade 1 pupil, obtained an A+ for The Squirrel.
Minette Kotze received an A+ and was announced the winner in the instrumental own-composition category, afer impressing judges with two of her own piano compositions.
These pupils among other talents of Accelerated Academy will perform at the school’s annual talent evening on Friday September 11 which starts at 18:00 for 18:30.
