MBOMBELA – Mbombela Local Municipality (MLM) has confirmed that the power supply to Rocky Drift has restored.
The area started experiencing power supply problems yesterday.
According to MLM there was an interruption from Eskom due to problems with the meter at Bundu pump station.
Eskom had cut the supply due to non-payment. When the outstanding debt was paid and Eskom attempted to reconnected the electricity at 16:15 yesterday,
However, fuses kept blowing. The problem was resolved earlier today.
