Pupils retell classic tale during annual concert

With months of practice and heaps of enthusiasm, pupils of Summerhill Prep School took to the stage to tell the classic tale of Oliver Twist.

Summerhill Prep School’s amphitheatre was packed on October 30 and 31 as parents supported the budding stars of the school’s presentation of Oliver Twist. All pupils had role to play in this proud Summerhill production about an orphan’s adventures in London and the hardships he faces.

Besides the creative use of costumes and decor, pupils sang their hearts out in famous musical numbers such as “Food Glorious Food”.

The school prides itself on the multicultural activities available to pupils, which gives them a chance to prove themselves beyond the academic sphere and discover their natural talent.
