With a couple of willing cameramen, energetic main characters and few extras, a group of pupils (and staff members) from Hoërskool Rob Ferreira put together a great video entry for the BestMed We’ve Got The Power Challenge.
BestMed challenged schools around the country to show that they have the power to be healthy, happy and strong to the beat of one of Jeremy Loop’s songs. They could choose between five of the South African artist’s songs and create a music video that “creatively demonstrates how healthy living makes for a better life at your school.”
The Robbies decided on “Trip Fox” and told their story of inspiring others to live a healthy life.
The closing date for the competition was September 30 and pupils are now waiting to see if they’ve managed to score one of the top three spots. The winning school will win R20 000 as well as a live concert by Jeremy Loop at their school.
