School set for bravest of hearts

An authentic Scottish Fair will be hosted for the very first time at JamJar Lounge on September 10.

LYDENBURG – An authentic Scottish Fair will be hosted for the very first time at JamJar Lounge on September 10.

Locals should prepare themselves for a night in Scotland. Kilts, Scottish cuisine and music will be the order of the night.

Guests will enjoy a five-course Scottish-themed dinner and whisky will certainly be tasted too.

Well-known local chef, Leon Roelofse will be preparing the meals.

This is a fund-raising event in aid of a building project for Entheos Christian School. Being a private school, it relies mainly on school fees to keep it functional.

The school recently moved to a new building and had already completed phase one of the two phases as planned.

According to Past Thinus Rademeyer from Entheos, the school needs support from the public.

“We can only expand our school if we have more classes. We need the public to support our Scottish night.”

Tickets are R300 per person (limited tickets are available). Interested persons can contact 013-235-3432 for information and tickets.
