As part of Arbor Week celebrations, the Lydenburg Smelter donated plants to local schools.

LYDENBURG – As part of Arbor Week celebrations, the Lydenburg Smelter donated plants on Thursday, September 8.

Mashing High and Skhila Secondary School had the opportunity to learn more about the importance of plants and how to plant trees. South Africa celebrates Arbor Week in the first week of September annually.
